The Story of ELA
ELA: Entrepreneur Linkup App was born from Nebby's experience of moving from NYC to Miami and feeling disconnected. As a high-achieving business owner, she struggled to find events that matched her caliber—most networking opportunities felt too casual or unfocused. Determined to fill this gap, Nebby envisioned ELA as the ultimate platform where elite entrepreneurs and high-quality events could connect and grow together.
Initially, ELA was designed as a ticketing platform for event hosts organizing high-caliber business events. It aimed to provide entrepreneurs with access to stronger networks and elevated experiences. Over time, ELA’s vision expanded into becoming a full-fledged community and connection app. The next tech upgrade will introduce features like messaging and reviews, further solidifying its role as a hub for entrepreneurial growth.
ELA’s evolution took a significant leap when Nebby met GiGi at an event where both were featured speakers. Recognizing GiGi’s 20+ years of entrepreneurial expertise and extensive community connections, Nebby knew she had found the perfect partner to complete ELA’s vision. Together, they launched the app, now available on Google Play and the App Store, creating a national platform that revolutionizes how entrepreneurs network and build meaningful connections.

Nebiha Boudjoudad is the visionary behind ELA, The Entrepreneur Link-up App, a platform designed to empower entrepreneurs by connecting them to high-value networking events. Born and raised in New York and now thriving in Miami, Nebiha combines her passion for innovation with a deep commitment to helping entrepreneurs succeed in all aspects of their lives.
With a background as a certified personal bodybuilding specialist and a thriving online coaching business, Nebiha understands the importance of discipline, resilience, and creating meaningful connections. Her inspiration for ELA stemmed from a personal need for a high-class networking platform that fosters impactful relationships and opportunities for growth.
As a CEO and founder, Nebiha’s mission is to create spaces where ambitious individuals can collaborate, grow, and thrive. She ensures that every ELA event offers access to top-tier professionals, helping attendees forge connections that matter.
When she’s not leading ELA or coaching clients, Nebiha enjoys exploring innovative business strategies, engaging with the entrepreneurial community, and creating content that inspires others to reach their potential.
GiGi Diaz

GiGi Diaz is a Certified Business & Media Coach, media personality, host of the Chats with GiGi podcast, and entrepreneur celebrating 20 years of experience with her first business GiGi’s Dance Academy. She’s also the founder and CEO of Seizing Happy®; a coaching organization dedicated to nurturing the business and the woman behind the business equally™ .
Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, retreats and community events, Seizing Happy® has helped hundreds of women achieve the 3Cs: Clarity, Confidence, and Courage to achieve success with less stress™
She also founded The Seizing Happy Foundation™ a nonprofit helping
BIPOC women achieve financial success through entrepreneurship.
GiGi earned both, her Bachelor’s in Sociology and Anthropology and her Master’s Degree in Global Strategic Communications at Florida International University.
GiGi has also led a successful career in broadcast media also for over 20 years as a producer and on-air talent for organizations like Radio Disney, Telemundo, iHeartRadio and others. Her media experience has led her to work with personalities like Jennifer Lopez, Chrissy Metz, Farruko among others. As an influencer, she has worked with brands such as Mazda, Truist Bank, Xfinity, Pandora, Topo Chico, and many more.
